TRANSWESTERN ROLE

Mark is an Executive Vice President with Transwestern’s Downtown Chicago Agency Leasing team. He oversees leasing activity for six million square feet of space for the Transwestern Chicago office. Mark specializes in advising clients on investments and identifying new business opportunities for the company.

CAREER HIGHLIGHTS

A prominent member of the Chicago real estate community for over 30 years, Mark has completed more than 900 lease transactions, representing over 10 million square feet of space. In the last 12 months, Mark has helped close over 300,000 square feet of transactions. Several of Mark's recent, notable lease deals include Cornerstone Research (53,000 SF), Eversana (44,000 SF), Alzheimer’s Association (39,000 SF), and US CIS (37,000 SF). Throughout his career, Mark has consistently created value for distinguished real estate owners and investors, such as CB Global Investors, Beacon Capital Partners, GE Asset Management, MetLife, Callahan Capital Properties, and Ivanhoe Cambridge. He currently represents 181 W. Madison and Michigan Plaza in downtown Chicago.

EDUCATION

Mark earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Real Estate Finance and a Master of Science in Real Estate Appraisal and Investment Analysis, both from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. He is a licensed real estate broker in the State of Illinois.
