Collin Brown serves as Vice President, bringing over a decade of expertise to the commercial real estate landscape in the Washington, D.C. metro area. In his role, Collin is dedicated to delivering comprehensive and strategic advisory services that align with clients' business objectives, operational needs, and financial goals.
With a proven track record, Collin has successfully managed over 1 million square feet of real estate transactions throughout his career. His extensive background spans a spectrum of commercial real estate services, including complex lease negotiations, building acquisitions and dispositions, and management of tenant and landlord real estate portfolios.
His in-depth real estate experience, business background and relationships in the business community allow him to apply an effective, multi-disciplined approach to clients’ real estate, facility, and financial objectives.
CAREER HIGHLIGHTS
Prior to joining Transwestern in 2020, Collin was a Vice President with Broad Street Realty, Inc. where he specialized in representing financial institutions, start-ups, non-profits, associations, law firms and government contractors. He was previously a partner at The Genau Group, focusing on tenant leasing and occupier acquisition assignments.
Some of his most significant clients include: JPMorgan Chase, Clarion Partners, Manulife, M&T Bank, BDO, Convene, ASRC Federal, Unison Global, Clearwater Analytics, ST Engineering, Edward Jones, GI Partners, Caterpillar, Beam Suntory, Tata Sons, World Affairs Councils of America, Apex Covantage, Pycube Inc., Georgetown Public Affairs, The Picard Group, National Emergency Number Association, International Lifeline Fund, Greater Washington Board of Trade, etc.
