Cece Conway

Cece is an Executive Managing Director for Transwestern’s Tenant Advisory + Workplace Solutions group in Chicago. She specializes in complex, multi-market portfolio workouts and restructurings for both local and national clients in the professional services, private equity, retail, education, non-profit, and healthcare sectors. She has strong expertise in office, retail, and healthcare spaces. Through her extensive experience, Cece has developed a holistic, full-scale approach by educating herself on how her clients function, from top to bottom, to implement a real estate strategy that produces maximum results.

Cece has over 30 years of commercial real estate experience. During her tenure at Transwestern, Cece has completed over 10 million square feet of transactions. She has represented numerous clients both locally and nationally, including Aetna, Travelers, Waste Management, and Chicago Transit Authority. Cece oversaw the restructuring of Education Corporation of America’s 75-campus portfolio and, most recently, she provided oversight on the portfolio of GI Alliance in its growth from 400 – 600 locations throughout the U.S.

Prior to joining Transwestern, Cece was an Executive Vice President at Dotspot, where she ran operations and marketing and developed three successful coworking facilities totaling 120,000 square feet within 12 months. Cece began her real estate career at JLL where, in her final year, she completed over 30 transactions and generated the highest revenue in her specialty. Within nine years at JLL, Cece advanced from associate to executive vice president and team leader, winning awards in leasing, management, and top performance.

Cece received her bachelor’s degree in history from Dartmouth College and a Master of Business Administration from Northwestern University’s J.L Kellogg Graduate School of Management.
