TRANSWESTERN ROLE
Brooks Creech serves as Managing Director of the Healthcare Services team at Transwestern, where he leads the real estate transaction team for Baylor Scott & White Health, the largest nonprofit health system in Texas. In this role, Brooks oversees a multidisciplinary team responsible for leasing, acquisitions, dispositions, site selection, and development, ensuring alignment with the client’s mission and long-term real estate objectives.
CAREER HIGHLIGHTS
With more than eight years of experience in healthcare real estate, Brooks brings deep expertise in portfolio strategy, investment analysis, and transaction execution. He has advised on and closed over $500 million in investment sale transactions and managed strategic planning for a 17 million square foot healthcare portfolio, generating significant cost savings and operational improvements. His background includes acquisitions, dispositions, and development projects, as well as structuring financing alternatives for major healthcare facilities. Previously, Brooks worked in acquisitions with an opportunistic real estate equity fund that primarily invested in life science and industrial assets.
EDUCATION
Brooks holds a Master of Real Estate from Texas A&M University and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Arkansas.
