Biography
TRANSWESTERN ROLE
Michael Sieger is a vice president in Transwestern’s Houston office. He joined Transwestern in August 2023 and focuses on leasing, marketing and asset positioning for institutional and local owners.
CAREER HIGHLIGHTS
Michael brings more than two decades of commercial real estate experience and a track record of delivering leasing solutions for both owners and tenants. Prior to Transwestern he held project leasing and landlord services roles with Partners and PMRG/Madison Marquette. He also spent more than eight years as a tenant representative at CBRE and Newmark. His background in tenant representation gives him a practical perspective on market requirements and negotiation strategy that benefits his landlord clients.
Michael has closed transactions in every major submarket across Houston. He is experienced with large contiguous space placements and reposition campaigns for suburban and urban office assets.
In Michael’s short time at Transwestern, he received two awards for Engagement of the Year for 2023 and Most Deals Completed in Houston for 2024.

Carey, Agellan Commercial, Spire Realty Group, KBS Realty Advisors, The Praedium Group, Balcor Companies, Dornin Investment Group, InLight Capital, Keppel Houston Group, Capital Commercial, Silver Star REIT and The Cordish Companies. Michael also has extensive experience in working with Special Servicers throughout his career, including Rialto Capital, CW Capital and C-III.

EDUCATION
Michael earned his bachelor’s degree from Trinity University.
