Dylan Sproul

Dylan serves as a Vice President with Transwestern’s Capital Markets & Development Advisory team, focusing on investment sales, capital placement, and ground-up development across the Southwest. He represents private, institutional, and entrepreneurial clients, helping them structure and execute transactions that align capital strategy, site selection, and execution.

With experience spanning more than 12 million square feet of sales, development, and consulting assignments, Dylan combines rigorous financial analysis with creative structuring to maximize outcomes. His developer-oriented approach and strategic insight allow clients to transform vision into execution with speed and precision.

Dylan holds the SIOR (Society of Industrial and Office Realtors) and REFAI (Real Estate Finance & Investment) designations. He is also an active member of the Urban Land Institute (ULI) and the Council of Supply Chain Management Professionals (CSCMP).

Dylan earned a Bachelor’s degree in Finance with a minor in Real Estate from Arizona State University.
