Charlotte Evans

Charlotte serves as an Associate in Transwestern’s Agency Leasing group in Chicago. In her role, Charlotte assists with developing business opportunities by generating leads, cultivating strong client relationships, and managing and closing leasing transactions. She uses her experience in marketing and trend analysis to evaluate the commercial real estate landscape and look for unique ways to position spaces.

Charlotte joined Transwestern in 2024 as an Analyst in Atlanta with the Tenant Advisory + Workplace Solutions team. There, she specialized in tenant representation and assisted clients in navigating their real estate needs, including market analysis, deal structuring, and lease negotiations. Transitioning to Agency Leasing, Charlotte now brings a well-rounded approach to the table. She connects the dots between landlords and tenants, finding solutions that create value for both.

Charlotte is an alumna of the University of Georgia, where she earned a BBA in Commercial Real Estate and a Certificate of Legal Studies. She is a licensed real estate broker in the state of Illinois.
